Returns
We accept returns for change of mind, size changes and style changes. You have 30 days from the date you placed your @Skyocean order to lodge a return request. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and the hygiene liner still attached, with no odours (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense.
You can visit one of the Skyocean stores or stockists near your location for a faster return or exchange.
If you purchase your item during a storewide discount or sales promotion period and would like to return your item, we will provide you with a store credit for the amount paid.
